KERRANG Names Elyse as Top 100 Rock Stars

DHCER (yellowbelly -at- softcom.net) reports picking up the European rock magazine KERRANG! and finding Elyse was named as one of the 100 Coolest Rock Stars! They had this to say:

Before ska-punk upstarts like Goldfinger knew their Madness from their Marillion, Orange County’s Elyse Rogers was skanking it up with pre-Rancid Tim Armstrong in the Dance Hall Crashers, fusing the sweetest soul, sunniest pop and spunkiest punk into an exhilarating blueprint for fun. With a smile that makes strong men giggle like lovestruck virgin schoolboys, we’d call Elyse “the Gwen Stefani its okay to like.” Congrats Elyse, an award well-deserved!
